Public osu! data
For tracked players we store what the osu! API makes public: username, country, rank, pp, accuracy, play count and scores, plus snapshots over time so we can draw history. A player is tracked when they sign in, when a Discord server they're in adds them, or when they rank highly. Any player can stop this on Privacy & account: their stats are deleted and their osu! id is blocked from being added again.
Your osu! ascent account
- Sign-in: your osu! id and/or Discord id. We don't receive passwords or emails.
- Discord: the list of servers you're in (to show your dashboards and join rosters, which you can turn off), and, in servers the bot is in, whether Discord shows you playing osu! right now (used for "in game" and session recaps; not stored as history).
- What you do here: Stars ledger, predictions, badges, items, training and handbook progress, suggestions, comments and reports.
- Analytics: page counts per path and day only — no IP addresses, cookies or user ids.
Your controls
- Hide your Stars, badges and training from your profile.
- Unlink osu! or Discord (as long as one sign-in method remains).
- Download everything we store about you as JSON.
- Stop tracking your osu! account, or delete your osu! ascent account entirely.
All of these are on Privacy & account. Deleting your account erases your personal data; finished tournament results and Stars totals stay, anonymized, so other people's history stays correct.
Sharing
We don't sell data or show ads. Public pages and the public API show public osu! data and what you chose to make visible. Server dashboards can be made private by their admins.
